Cari Williams developed her understanding of The Framework for K-12 Science Teaching and the NGSS through the development of curricula, as an NSTA 3D Learning Cadre Member, and as a Science Peer Review Panelist for Achieve. She currently writes and reviews NGSS curriculum as a science education consult and works for OpenSciEd as a professional learning facilitator and reviewer. She also serves as an adjunct professor for California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) preparing secondary science pre-service teachers. She holds a MS in Instructional Design and Technology from CSUF and served 21 years as a middle school science / STEM teacher and TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment).
